FLAVOUR?

When it comes to flavour, the skies the limit!  At BMIY we don't like to stick to prescribed flavours.  After all it is your cake, custom made just for you!

All of our cakes, fruit curds and salted caramel are made from quality fresh ingredients from scratch.  We only use couverture chocolate where we can and our free range eggs come from a local supplier down the road! 

SUGGESTIONS...

DARK CHOCOLATE MUD

moist, decadent and extremely moorish  

we suggest:

kirsch flavour syrup, vanillabean swiss meringue buttercream and sour cherry conserve = ultimate blackforest cake

 

WHITE CHOCOLATE MUD

A lighter cake, suitable for children and adults who prefer a lighter option

we suggest:

addition of fresh rasberries to cake layers, raspberry conserve and white chocolate ganache = raspberry and white chocolate decadence

CARAMEL MUD

caramelly sweet and moist

we suggest:

salted caramel swiss meringue buttercream, salted caramel and homemade salted caramel popcorn = caramel lovers heaven!

RED VELVET

deep red, ridiculously moist, velvety like the name suggests

we suggest:

silky and sweet cream cheese frosting = you'll be addicted!

CARROT CAKE

beautifully balanced, spiced, moist, caramelly sweet

we suggest:

cream cheese frosting, blackberry conserve, vanilla crumble and salted caramel = OMG you won't stop eating it!

STICKY DATE

cakey twist on the traditional sticky date pud

we suggest:

butterscotch sauce and butterscotch Swiss meringue buttercream = heaven in a slice!

COCONUT CAKE

deliciously moist, sweet, robust and textural

we suggest:

refreshing lemon curd and light Swiss meringue buttercream = lemon meringue pie
