Are you after a last minute celebration cake that looks pretty and tastes amazing! We are so excited to bring you our express cake range.  We stumbled upon a versatile vanilla sponge recipe that we can effortless whip up and tweak to create a variety of different flavours to suit your tastebuds!
 
Your BMIY express cake will be created from 3 layers of freshly baked tender, melt in your mouth vanilla sponge filled with silky smooth Swiss meringue buttercream and a flavour addition of your choice.  These include:
 
Lemon & Blueberry
- lemon infused sponge loaded with surprise bursts of juicy blueberries
- filled with lemon curd and buttercream
 
Very Berry
- lemon infused sponge loaded with surprise bursts of juicy raspberries, blueberries and strawberries
- filled with berry compote and buttercream
 
Strawberries & Cream
- vanilla sponge
- filled with fresh macerated strawberries
 
Zesty Lemon
- lemon infused sponge
- filled with lemon curd and buttercream
 
Blackforest Gateau
- chocolate sponge
- filled with cherry compote and buttercream

Standard 7 inch round cake : approx 15 servings
Quarter Slab 7 x 11 : approx 25 servings
 
Your Express Cake will be styled to suit the flavour filling and gift boxed! 
 
Preorders 
Order by Tuesday 5pm for Thursday collection/delivery
Order by Wednesday 5pm for Friday and Saturday collection or delivery

Cakes may be ordered for Tuesday and Wednesday collection if the order is received by Thursday of the previous week. Cakes ordered without sufficient notice will be cancelled and refunded. Cakes may be ordered up to six months in advance.
 
Collection times will be confirmed upon booking.
