Once we've ascertained your desired flavour base and a bit about your likes, the rest is usually a creative free flow!  Our best cakes have been the ones that have not been prescribed.  We like to work with the different shapes and textures such as a unique freeform crumple in a chocolate sail or the delicate and thickly lush fresh peony bloom, to guide us in styling your cake and achieving a show-stopping celebration cake that will hope to be the highlight of your party and your tastebuds!
